Delivery Procedure
Once we have received your order, you will receive a phone call from us to arrange a convenient date and time to bring it to you. Usually this will be a week day and we should be able to give you a three hour window.
All deliveries are made with our own vehicles, using Transit or Luton style vehicles. As you can see these vans are large enough for all of our orders of furniture, but small enough to be able to negotiate countryside lanes as well as inner city areas.
On the day of delivery our two man crew will call you from the delivery van if there are any traffic delays effecting the estimated arrival time. Also if required we can call you once our satellite navigation system says we are a half hour from your address. This can be a call to your work number if required.
On delivery the furniture will be brought into the desired room of the house and fully set up. We will remove all packaging for you and you will be given ample time to inspect and approve the furniture.
Once this is completed we will ask for any outstanding balance of the order to be paid. This can be with cash, cheque or a debit/credit card. For a card payment we will phone this back through to our office for clearance.
Please note that delivery is free across the South of England. Other areas of England & Wales are £79 for the full order.
